The Model 9210 Nanoparticle Standards and Precision Dilution System from Kanomax FMT is a highly versatile solution for generating nanoparticle aerosols and delivering precise, repeatable dilution. Built for calibration, testing, and validation workflows, this all-in-one system enables researchers, engineers, and quality control professionals to generate and dilute aerosols with industry-leading control and consistency.
Calibration and testing of:
Resolution: >30,000
Mass range: m/z 1~1000
Sampling rate: 2GS/s
Ion source: EI
Dimensions (mm), Weight:
infiTOF: W270 x H465 x D550, 38.5kg
smartGC: W245 x H465 x D550, 18kg
Trap: W260 x H600 x D260, 5kg
Great for analyzing Nitrogen-containing organics and real-time reaction fragments
The system begins with a sealed ampoule containing polystyrene latex (PSL) spheres suspended in liquid. These PSL spheres are uniform in size, making them ideal for generating monodisperse aerosols.
Once the aerosol is generated, it can be passed through one of two built-in dilution stages:
These fixed-ratio diluters ensure accurate and repeatable concentration reduction, enabling users to test instruments across a range of particle densities.
The final, diluted aerosol stream is then delivered to your instrument under test, such as:
This enables accurate calibration, sensitivity testing, and verification of nanoparticle instrumentation.
